To qualify for most homes, the household’s gross (pre-tax) annual income must be at or below the following amounts:

Some homes are under the affordable LIHTC program. To qualify for a LIHTC home, the households gross (pre-tax) annual income must be at or below the amounts listed under the Income Limits section below.
Full-Time Students
If all household members are full-time students, one of the following must apply:
Students are married.
Students participate in job training partnership acts or similar programs.
Student previously under foster care.
Student receives cash AFDC/TANF Benefits.
Single parents student claims themselves on their tax return, and the children are claimed by one of the parents. -
